Billing and Credits

Overview

Your current credit balance and active package are always visible in the main menu.
Credits are applied automatically based on the type and duration of media you process.

View your credit balance

Step 1. Open the credits menu

Hover over the Credits icon in the top menu.

Step 2. Review package details

In the tooltip, you can see:

• Active credit package

• Package validity period

• Remaining credit balance

How credits are defined

The following parameters are configured in the system according to your contract:

• Total number of credits

• Package validity period

• Cost per credit

If you have questions about pricing or package terms, contact your Account Manager.

When credits are charged

Credits are charged when you upload media and confirm processing.

Credits are charged as follows:

Credits charged = cost per minute (depends on workflow type) × media duration (in minutes)

Once confirmed, the corresponding number of credits is deducted from your balance.

Click the Credits icon in the main menu.

Step 2. Review details

On the credits page, you can see:

• Credit package composition

• Credit usage history
