File Exports from Dubformer Studio

Use the Download button to preview and download all files generated during your project workflow.

Open the Download menu

Click Preview and download next to the script file you want to export.

Download scripts and text files

Select the file format

Choose one of the supported formats:

  • VTT

  • SRT

  • TTML

  • ХLSX

  • CSV

Adjust script timing (optional)

Shift script time by

Set a time offset if you need to align the script with a different video or dubbing timing.
This is commonly used when synchronizing subtitles with an externally mixed or adjusted dub.

SMPTE timecode

Enable SMPTE timecode to work with frame-based timing.
Use this option if your workflow requires timecodes aligned to a specific frame rate.

Configure script content

Select what should be included in the exported script:

  • Speaker names — include speaker labels

  • Voiced lines — include spoken dialogue

  • Non-voiced lines — include non-dialogue content (e.g. descriptions, cues)

Download localized cast

You can download the localised cast after a dubbing version has been generated in either Lip-sync or Prooflistening tasks.

  1. In the file list menu, select Preview and Download.

  1. Choose the file format:

  • CSV

  • XLSX

The downloaded file contains:

  • Character name

  • AI voice used for that character

To have the real voice name shown instead of Cloned, save the voice to your library.

How to Export an AAF File

To export an AAF file from your project:

  1. Open your lip sync task.

  2. Go to the Sound tab.

  3. Enable the “Use AAF for TTS export” option.

  1. Finish editing the task.

  2. Process the changes.

Once processing is complete, the AAF file will be available for download in the Export folder.

Preview video format

A downsampled preview version of the video is available in MP4 format.
This version is used throughout the pipeline for review and editing.

Generate the final mixed video

Step 1. Start final video generation

Click the Generate final video (rocket) icon to create the final automatically mixed video.

How final video generation works

When generating the final video:

  • The system preserves the original container format and codec of the uploaded video.

  • Audio is rendered using supported audio codecs.
