Fix Accent and Pitch for Short Phrases

Use Fix Short Phrase to adjust how a short chunk is pronounced. This tool works best for single words or short phrases.

What you can adjust

  • Pitch β€” modify how high or low the voice sounds.

  • Accent β€” useful for words borrowed from another language.

  • Intonation β€” adjust emphasis and flow, including with Phrase continuation.

Note: This option is available only for A-tier and cloned voices.

How to use Fix Phrase option

Step 1. Open the chunk

  1. Open the task and go to the Script view.

  2. Select the chunk you want to adjust.

  3. Click Fix short phrase on the right panel under the video.

Step 2. Adjust the settings

Change the parameters to generate different pronunciations.

  • Chunk text – punctuation (comma, period) may affect the result. Try different variations or add a break at the end.

  • Phrase continuation – extend the phrase and then cut it. Adding β€œ--” before the continuation may improve the result.

  • Stability – default is 0.9. Lower stability produces more diverse variants.

Step 3. Generate variants

Click Generate variants and listen to the results.
If needed, click Generate more variants to explore additional options.

Step 4. Select the best option

Choose the desired variant and click Use v(number).
You can return to the settings and regenerate variants if needed.

Step 5. Apply and review

After returning to the Script view, the selected version is applied to the chunk.
Click Play TTS to listen to the updated result.

Note

Fix Phrase may not always fully match the desired intonation or emphasis, but it provides multiple variants to help refine the output.
