Authentication Restrictions configuration
Step 1. Open the Company settings
Go to My company in the left-side menu.
Scroll to the Authentication Restrictions section.

Step 2. Enable Authentication Restrictions
Toggle the switch to Enable the feature.
Once enabled, you can configure security rules for your users.
Step 3. Select required authentication rules
Choose which restrictions should apply in your company:
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Select when MFA is required and for which user types.
Allowed sign-in methods
Configure which authentication methods (e.g., password, SSO) are allowed for each user role.
Important notes:
Allowed methods for senior roles must be a subset of methods available to lower roles.
Edit with caution: changing allowed methods may revoke access for some users.
Step 4. Add a new restriction
Click + Add to create a new authentication rule for a specific role.
Specify the required parameters and save your changes.
